TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL…

The St-Jan psychiatric hospital is part of the Philippus Neri GGZ Meetjesland Group and offers psychiatric treatment tailor made for adults and elderly people with a psychological vulnerability. There are 181 available beds within our hospital and about 300 employees give the best of themselves every day.

HOW DID THE CLEANING PROCESS TOOK PLACE BEFORE? WHAT WERE THE PROBLEMS YOU FACED THE MOST?

We used to clean with with the classic system of cotton mops. They had to be prepared with water and chemicals, collected after use and taken to the laundry. These operations are now superfluous thanks to the WILLMOP.

WHY DID YOU PURCHASE A WILLMOP 50 MACHINE?

We mainly bought the WILLMOP because we noticed that the floors dry immediately after cleaning with this machine.

Before, when we were mopping the floors, they stayed wet for far too long, resulting in a high risk of slipping.

We are making a lot of progress in terms of ergonomics. Less hard work for the cleaners. We also save on the laundry volumes and its electricity expenses, because we have to use a lot fewer mops.
